Shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all cases except where product is determined to be DEFECTIVE. 25% restocking fee applies to all non defective products. To qualify for return, returns must have all original parts packaging and accessories per original shipment. To qualify for return, returned products can not display excessive wear and tear, negligence or abuse.
